Chef Ming Tsai’s Groundbreaking Food Allergy Law Passes in Massachusetts

mingsbookWe’ve long been a fan of the Wellesley Massachusetts restaurant, Blue Ginger. Long before children and food allergies, we enjoyed Chef Ming Tsai’s delicious East meets West creations for Birthdays, Valentine’s Day, and numerous other holidays. The fact that Chef Tsai and his staff go out of their way for the food allergic is one thing, but that he takes time out of his busy life to fight for food allergy laws is another.

A new food allergy law for restaurants, four years in the making, was recently passed in Massachusetts.
