From the website: Welcome to DuKane Allergy Asthma Associates. Our experienced and compassionate physicians and nurses work together with you to provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care for the whole family.

Sakina S. Bajowala M.D.
Dr. Bajowala earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, after which she received her medical training at Rush Medical College. Dr. Bajowala completed her postgraduate training in General Pediatrics at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital. She returned to Rush University Medical Center and the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County for fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.
In 2008, Dr. Bajowala joined DuKane Allergy Asthma Associates, where she treats allergic and immunologic diseases of both adults and children. Her special interests include severe asthma, food allergies, and allergic diseases of the skin.
Dr. Bajowala has presented at national and state conferences, and has designed research investigating the interplay of allergic and gastrointestinal diseases. She is on the medical staff of Sherman Hospital, in Elgin. Dr. Bajowala is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
As an allergy sufferer herself, Dr. Bajowala has a unique ability to identify with her patients and assist them in developing a comprehensive plan to control their most troublesome symptoms.
Dr. Bajowala is married with two children. She enjoys vocal performance, graphic design, and exposing her children to diverse cultures through world travel.
Virginia P. Madla M.D.
Dr. Madla received her medical degree from University of St. Tomas, Philippines. Post Graduate studies including internship, General Practice, Pediatrics and Allergy and Clinical Immunology were completed at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Case Western University and Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital in Cleveland, OH in 1972.
Dr. Madla has been in private medical practice since 1972. Her hospital affiliations are with:

• Sherman Hospital, Elgin, IL (consulting)
Dr. Madla is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. Madla’s vast experience in treating allergic diseases, asthma and immune problems is evidenced by her professional presence as a board certified allergist and clinical immunologist.
Dr. Madla is married, and the proud mother and grandmother to an ever-expanding family. In her free time, she enjoys tennis and periodic trips to the Philippines for medical missions.
