   Thi s is my first time on this site. We just found out that my three year old is allergic to 7 of the 8 top allergies. I have four other children as well that don’t have these allergies. My challange is finding great tasting allergy-free foods that we can all eat and really enjoy. Please help me in anyway that you can. I know that there are foods that have the same great taste without all the other stuff. I am also trying to raise awareness in my community about this because it doesn’t seem to be enough of it.

   You didn’t list what 7 allergens your three year old is allergic to so I’ll throw out some suggestions based on the top 8 allergens being peanut, tree nut, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat, dairy.

   Enjoy Life Foods is one of the few foods that is free of the top 8 and many people seem to like.

   HomeFree products are free of peanut, tree nut, egg, dairy and are safe for some with wheat allergies. Since their foods are baked goods they are more than likely safe for fish and shellfish sufferers as well.
