1. ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary to enter. All entrants must be 18 years or older.
Best Allergy Sites giveaways/contests are offered to those residing in the United States and Canada (unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post) where such contests are allowed by the laws of those countries and states. By entering the contest/giveaway, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. CONTEST PERIOD

3. ENTRY
Best Allergy Sites employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in our contests/giveaways. Also, the immediate family members of giveaway prize donors are ineligible to participate.
Submissions requiring a story, recipe or otherwise should be original submissions written and submitted by the entrant.
All submissions received are/remain the property of Best Allergy Sites and we reserve the right to reproduce stories, recipes or other submissions on the Internet or in print. We also reserve the right to print winners names on the Internet or in print.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Odds of winning depend upon number of entries and/or entrants submission as well as following these “Official Rules” and any other rules notated on the appropriate contest/giveaway post/entry page.
Winners will be notified by email, phone and/or through our Facebook page and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within 7 days of notification. Any winner who fails to comply within said 7-day period or who cannot be contacted by any of the above methods will forfeit the prize. In such cases, we reserve the right to choose an alternate winner.
5. PRIZES
Prize and prize amounts vary and are listed on the appropriate contest/giveaway post/entry page.
Any and all applicable taxes on giveaway prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Best Allergy Sites reserves the right, at its sole discretion,to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website; to be in violation of the User Agreement of the Website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in a unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by Best Allergy Sites at its sole discretion.
If for any reason this Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Best Allergy Sites, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Best Allergy Sites reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted on www.bestallergysites.com
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Best Allergy Sites and/or employees of Best Allergy Sites are not liable for late entries, submissions not received due to computer errors, glitches, or submissions that do not follow the “Official Rules” and rules within the appropriate contest/giveaway post.
By participation, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules shall be null and void.
8. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in this Contest/Giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the Winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of- pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
