Pelican Bay Ltd. is recalling “Caramel Chocolate Truffle Hot Chocolate Mix” due to undeclared tree nuts.
The product was distributed domestically through direct delivery, mail order, and retail stores between January 2007 and November 2, 2009.
The product is packaged in a cone shape poly bag with SKU# 3204 and UPC 94522 01015.
