Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota,
Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington, and Wisconsin.

The 17.2-oz. package bears the product number 7192100519 and lot code
number 09320.
